The ScanCircle Partner Program is an ideal extension to the service provided by computer repair companies. You will get your own ScanCircle environment, by which you can offer the scan service to your visitors under your own name as follows:
- A visitor comes to your web site, clicks the ScanCircle logo/link and performs a free scan
- You immediately receive an e-mail with a link to the advice but you do not yet know who the visitor is
- Using the 'Need help?' button next to the advice, the visitor can request your help and will be redirected to your own contact page
- The visitor explains the problem and you estimate the time and costs to solve the problem based on the given computer configuration and advice
- The visitor is satisfied with the structured approach, the estimates given and the quick solution and you with the extra work
In addition, for the scans performed by yourself, you can specify a reference for your own administration and you will receive periodical reports including an overview of all scans performed on your environment. You may also be contacted to help visitors on the main ScanCircle environment based on your work region.
Costs for standard subscription: €240 excluding taxes per year.
The standard subscription is intended for small computer reparair companies where the costs can be earned back quickly with some extra work e.g. after sending flyers or mailings to your clients or with the partner-finds-partner discount programme.
